Last night I came upon a change at Demonbreun & 12th where there were posts in the road forcing people turning from 12th onto Demonbreun to stay to the right and not be able to merge left to get on the interstate. It was a disaster as those coming down Demonbreun were trying to merge to the right, and people coming off 12th were trying to merge to the left.
Wondering why this change has been made and what is trying to be accomplished.
