Description

There is a constant flow of water from a point in the middle of the street right in front of the house. This causes a pool of standing water to gather in the gutter, and that pool NEVER goes away. It smells, it is unsanitary, and in warmer months it is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. This is not a new problem.
