City vehicles including pipe trucks with trailers, crew trucks and heavy equipment chronically speed using 9th avenue n. The speed limit on this road is 30MPH and IT IS A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD WITH SEVERAL SCHOOLS AND A PARK. City vehicles are speeding up to 45 and 50 miles per hour in this 30 MPH zone. This needs to be addressed. Why would anyone speed with the city of SP logo so conspicuously posted on the side of their truck? It is reckless and demonstrates poor judgement.
