Description

Handicap permit holder parks outside of their designated space to hold a space for their own vehicle that has no permit to handicap parking, taking advantage that vehicles can't use their parking space. This happens on a daily basis. This is a violation of the privilege as well as being unfair and not very neighborly. Please follow up on our complaint.
