Why is this still here!!!!!!!!! Over two years of this crap! Public works just directs you to OPD then OPD says its Public Works' problem. Meanwhile the city sidewalk is completely blocked, theres a mound flammable trash over 6' high and 15 parking spaces are taken up by garbage and unregistered motorhomes. Really glad I just paid $3,000 in city taxes. What a joke.

So whats with OPD. Those are stolen trash bins, stolen shopping carts, how much of the other stuff is stolen, they are violating how many Oakland municipal codes and ordinances, ADA violations. The City and these slugs advocates need to stop the pandering and constant enabling. Cite and give them community service its not like they are doing anything except getting high and drunk. Since most are on SSDI and who know what other cash giveaway programs. Do not forget there free government phones. All paid for by the taxpayers. Where is all the crap and pee going of course into the bay. There really needs to be a federal grand jury investigation into Oakland handling of this city wide disaster.
