Traffic jam northbound on Oak St. though lights are green. I think this has occurred since the bike lane was created under the freeway eliminating a traffic lane. A driver pulled into the oncoming lane t make a turn onto 3rd St. Can the parking lane under the freeway be eliminated to move the bike lane to the curb?
