Description

Once again, I've witnessed a car driving the wrong way up Jay Street. This car parked at the Hudson Jay Park turnaround area. The driver walked to a home on Hudson Avenue. This is an ongoing problem. This problem needs to be addressed before a child or a dog is hit.
