Description

There are 2 vehicles on W. Moore Street in front of 1706 & 1710 that have not moved in weeks. One is a blue Ford Fusion and the other is a green Chevy Malibu. The Fusion has the rear bumber hanging off and the Malibu is missing it's driver side headlight.
