The small manhole cover (gas line maybe) is loose and makes a loud clattering noise every time a car rolls over it. Since Glenwood is a heavily traveled road, the noise is very frequent, a nuisance, and can be heard from several houses away. The cover is not the large sewer cover but the small one. It's located in west bound lane of Glenwood/US 70 and is just west of 2114 Glenwood Avenue (beside side yard of 2202 Byrd Street.)
