There is a perpetual crater in the alley behind the 100 block of Knox Street. Two years ago someone actually came out and put a couple shovels of paving material in the hole. With mosquito season coming up and the crater getting larger and filling with water every time it rains this is a health hazard. Thanks for your attention.
