Opis

This is the 3rd or 4th request. Each time it is made "closed" . How can it be closed when no one has come to the residence ( for example 0400hrs., 2200hrs.) or that anyone has attempted to contact the number provided? As a Memphis Police Officer and citizen, I feel that this is completely substandard and that a service that I pay for via my MLGW is not being provided.

Q. Do you have alley garbage collection? If so, the cart must be moved to the front curb for repair.

Q. What is specifically damaged on the Cart?
A. Lid, wheels, lift bar on front
Q. Is the cart emptied? If not, empty it for repair to be done
A. Yes
Q. Will the Customer leave the Cart in the curb until repaired or replaced?
A. Yes
