Again, a citation has been issued to this address. This is the action we take when the owners/renters do not comply with a phone call from our office. We always try and make an effort to have the person/persons come to compliance by talking to them first. It hasnt happend, so we sent the citation. The garbage complaint, that I am aware of, was reported to 311 this past thursday. Garbage pickup was friday. It is now tuesday and is filled again. I understand your frustration and we wish for this to get resolved asap.

Again, it is proof that there is more than one family inhabiting the single family home.

Same problem on Grover.. One house, several families, SEVEN CARS. RIDICULOUS.

Glad to see something finally being done, the actuall home owner is a bad landlord. Look at her previous occupants that were azrec souls gang bangers tbe house was raided twice.

We are still wondering as citizens and taxpayers of hammond why is it taking so long and heart to get Speed Bumps on the block of Warren St between stateline & Hohman Ave we are really fed up with knocked off side mirrors and all the nice scratches on the side doors we have the early morning rush hour crowd your evening shortcut crowd and your late night speeding through the neighborhood to get to state line road to get to the prostitute crowd if you read any of these post you would know this is a ongoing Problem you should come out of your office and drive through the neighborhood and see exactly what we are dealing with.

You people can call the Mayor every Friday morning at 7:30 AM on his talk show on WJOB 219-845-1100

I have used "311" several times anD, For the most part,, the problems are resolved.. I just don't understand how this slum landlord (she's an old bag) can legally continue to operate like this.. She NEVER comes to check on her renters.. She is an absentee landlord.. Can't wait till she finally drops dead

May, speed bumps are illegal in the State of Indiana to have on streets or alleys. Parking lots can have them
