Description

It is a noise issue that I have. Every vehicle that travels on the Pleasant St. hits that manhole cover. It makes a clunk-clunk noise every vehicle that hits it. I live on 1 Harnden Rd. first floor. When I'm home I here it all the time. I don't know what can be done if anything. I know it can't be a safety issue so it wouldn't be high priority. Please help me with this I don't know what to do, the noise is very frustrating.
