One question.... In the event of an accident on Harmony Street with traffic entering from Stephen Street, who is considered to have the Right of Way? The way it stands it seems like everyone. Folks entering from Stephen Street DON'T stop and this is a blind intersection when traveling NE on Harmony. Thank you.

It is a T intersection so state law requires that people coming out of Stevens st need to stop and make sure intersection is clear to proceed!
If you write a letter to the board of police for review they may consider installing a new stop sign at this location! I apologize I can not make that decision and can not install any new signage with out proper approval.
