Vehicles traveling East on Collins Road are making illegal left turns into Walmart parking lot crossing double yellow lines, blocking traffic from legal turn lanes. Need some type of barrier or traffic enforcement at that location. Dangerous situation, I have seen several near collisions as they are crossing two lanes in heavily congested area. Also blocks turn lane into Cypress Point.
