Dumping of household waste, appliances, furniture from tenants located at 5934 Clover Manor way and 5937 Clover Manor way. Please send notice to tenants property owners to prevent future dumping as this is habitual. They do not understand how to use a trash can. Vermin and insects now roam the streets with vagrants looting waste.
