I have spoken with the owner of the commercial vehicle, who resides at property, and informed him that the vehicle was not allowed in a residential zoned area. He said he did not know about the ordinance regarding commercial vehicles, and that he would remove the vehicle from the property and refrain from returning it to the property. I will continue to monitor the property for any reoccurrence for a brief period of time. Our department hours are M-F from 8am-5pm. It's Friday night, the truck is in the front yard again.

I followed up on property on 4/17 and did not observe the commercial vehicle at property. It appears that the violation is occurring outside of our normal business hours and I am unable to view the violation at these times. I will maintain the case open for a brief period of time to monitor for reoccurrence, however I would suggest if the violation is occurring during the hours in which our office is not open, you contact the Police Department non-emergency line at 369-7864 an they will address the issue.
