This property was found to be in violation of having sanitation violations. The south door and south windows are open and must be secured. We still have to go through our legal process. We will attempt to make contact with owner and have them secure the property. I am extending this case out one week for a status check.

We were unable to make contact with owner. The Inspector is choosing to start the notification process and mailing out a letter to owner. Thus, giving them 10 days to comply. Re-inspection date is 5-15-17.
