The owner of this house or his property manager has someone making significant repairs to the property. They are carrying in large sections of subfloor. They are working late at night. They were there until after 12:30 pm on Saturday and until well after 10:30 last night. I sincerely doubt a permit has been issued and wouldn't be surprised to find out there is no license. Can someone check this out to see if it is a fly by night patch and cover situation or if it is a legitimate contractor who has the correct paperwork and inspection process but needs to be told it is illegal to work late at night in a residential zone? Thank you.
