Please re-open and re-direct to Mobility. This is a violation of the lane closure permit in that there have been 15+ days of inactivity; the permit may be revoked and the City can pursue abatement.

Sidewalk issues aside, this is also partially blocking the right lane of EB Westheimer, just east of Montrose. As there is no signage warning of the blockage, traffic is unexpectedly force to merge with little notice. The barriers have been there for weeks, and its just a matter of time before there's a traffic accident. The buses have a hard enough time negotiating this stretch of Westheimer.
