That was NOT a helpful answer!
My trash was out in the from of my house, like it has been, every week for 15 years!
I don't care what the guy said--he did NOT pick it up. And it was there. I have no way to prove it of course.
That was an extremely frustrating answer! Why would I report this if he had not missed it? Why would I go through all of this hassle?
