Description

The street need stripes painted to allow proper flow of traffic off northbound Thornhill exit onto Moraga Ave into Piedmont. As well as Thornhill traffic going onto highway 13 North ramp. The absence of stripes causes Thornhill traffic to back up to Mountain because drivers exiting 13 north onto Moraga don't have a lane to go into so they take both lanes. As a result cars from Thornhill wanting to get onto 13 North wait at the light even when they have a lane to enter the 13. Stripes would improve safety and conjestion. While you are at it paint the crosswalk since it can't be seen now.
