Some things never change...It is not just drugs; it is drugs, prostitution, gang activity, shots fired regularly, muggings, etc. It is not just Garfield Ave...It is every street in any direction thorughout the whole neighborhood. In fact, there is not a street that is safe, clear of drug dealing and on many of those streets you can find the lady of the night lurking too. It is either time for the Gaurdian Angels, the military to step in and help or let the citizens handle it themselves. The money, @#$%, crack and heroin has these fools doing anything to get their next fix. The ex capitol of the US, what a joke...
