Over the last few weeks as I drive East from Framingham on Rt. 9, there's been a mile+ traffic backup leading to the I-95 (27) interchange. The highways are moving just fine when I finally get up there, and I have been leaving at the same time for years and this has never been a regular problem. Did they change the timing on the lights? Or do you have an explanation as to why this sudden issue?
