There is a repair of a temporary patch being done on Hall & Winchell Dr today. The temp patch is about 3-4 months old. There is a temporary patch in the front of my home at 2101 Winchell Dr that is over three years old. Why is it taking so long to patch the temporary patch at 2101 Winchell Dr?
