I have lived in this neighborhood since June 1982. This has been an issue since initial construction when S. Independence was extended to Salem road.

Work orders were generated to clean the storm drains, maintenance completed the work on 4/19/17. Please see attachments, the highlighted area is what was clean. This will be monitored during a moderate to heavy rain event to determine further action. For more info please contact customer service at 385-1470.

Picture was taken 5/11/2017. Numerous tickets have been submitted for same drain. Even with light drizzle it backs up. During heavy rain water can go up to residence lawn.
