Description

Property was sold over a year ago with the intention on tearing down the existing structure (which probably violates multiple building codes). Nothing has been touched since. Most of the windows are broken, with glass still hanging in them. Can see property from the trail behind it, which might make it attractive to kids or people who might want to get in (which would be dangerous). The weeds surround the entire property, are over waist high and need to be cut. Property has been vacant for a year and a half and the person who bought the property does not visit or take care of issues.
