when you exit 980 at 27th Street/ Grand, after the traffic light and headed on Northgate Avenue towards Grand. As soon as you exit the freeway, cross the intersection to go under the freeway there are a multitude of tents partly on sidewalk and partly on the street. People going in/out of the tent on the street side. Someone is going to get hit by a car exiting the freeway at over 40mph. There is a curb before going under the freeway so there is no visibility. The city needs to move people from under the freeway before there is an accident. This is a safety issue.
