There is no building address for this hole - next to a huge gated parking lot

As per Bob Keating of Housing Code Enforcement we need an address.

Please replace the 8x3 foot gravel section with a concrete sidewalk when hole is fixed - thanks.

318 Washington Street

This address does not appear on the tax plate. In order to send an inspector I need a complete address.

It's in the middle of the block on Washington Street between Morgan and Steuben. The pole hole is across the street from 311 Washington Street - on the EAST side of Washington St.

A tax record is meaningless for a utility pole - it's next to a surface street parking lot - the tax record for this could be ## Morgan or Washington or Greene or Pearl Street. It's a FULL city block wide with NO building.

Please look at the image - it's a map that shows exactly where the hole is.

I will send an inspector to 318 Washington Street to check on the sidewalk.

The hole is still there.

This can be closed once the hole is a functioning portion of the sidewalk - filled with cement!

Really? A hole is not an address. please look at above map - it shows EXACT location. unbelievable.

The needing an address issue is ridiculous. There is more than sufficient detail provided to locate the problem. There is no building on the block where the hole is located so how is a lay person/citizen expected to determine the address?

Please reach out to me. There should be no reason you can't find this location. There's a map with photo references within it. Addresses of the residential buildings around it. Please update us. Numerous requests to fix these holes come from utility work done years ago.
