This really is not a PWD issue anymore. This chronic issue of thousands of people living on the streets of Oakland is coming from our ineffective elected officials inability to do there jobs. Other city are figuring it out not Oakland they seem to have the welcome mat and the taxpaying public is paying the price.

When will PWD "address this issue?"
