City of Bridgeport vehicle License # 604-BPT - using a "Lifetime" handicap permit - which is expired - the State now issued new ones with expiration dates - parked in a "Reserved Only" parking space. What makes you think that you can hide the permit so as not to be noticed that it is not a current one; and that you are so special that you can park in a Reserved space that is obviously meant for someone else.
