Opis
Bad sewage smell keeps drifting into my apartment and I think it is coming from dumpsters in the open service bay in the bottom of the building here by the parking lot and ORO. They also often have large trucks parking inside that block the entire sidewalk and its dangerous to walk around in the street, but the worse problem is the smell by far. Thank-you.
