THE CITY HAS FAILED TO NOTIFY RESIDENTS THAT ALL MATTRESSES MUST BE COVERED IN PLASTIC TO BE PICKED UP. This needs to be an alert of some kind because, understandably bedbugs pose a HIV risk to the sanitation people, but also to people who are passing by them, as they sit uncollected on the street often wet from rain. etc.
