I have to agree with the OP. What kind of message does it send when you see this on Rt 209 before you get to the Mall area or the rest of Kingston?

Many of the signs along 9W under this overpass were replaced over the summer. Why not this one on 209? It looks trashy and shows a sign of social decay.
