Resident at 6921 Sunkist Drive has placed and left furniture, appliances and deconstructed furniture on the sidewalk and hell strip in front of the property for over six weeks. Also has piles of junk/garbage in driveway and front porch posing sanitation issues that may attract vermin and rodents potentially risking disease vectors that may effect neighboring residences, pets, children adversely.
