I'm not sure what the permitted working hours are in Medford, but Kierce Landscaping, a Medford-based company, had large trucks idling and loud machinery running at 7am this morning on Norwich Circle. I called their number to ask that they be respectful of neighbors in the future (and babies getting their last bit of sleep!) and the owner told me I had no right to complain about such a thing. This sort of thing has happened repeatedly with Kierce. Technically permitted or not, I'd really appreciate it if someone from the town could talk to them about respecting the community and non-client neighbors (whose yards they also use as their own personal staging ground, by the way). Thanks!
