I saw a garbage truck out there early this morning. Was the garbage removed? The whole area along C Street from 18th Street to Railroad Avenue is a dumping ground.

Go to city os Antioch website look up code enforcement with photos and report it. Or call code enforcement 779 7042. I've called and reported many times. No homeless and their garbage any longer, it took a while, they are gone. I had to keep reporting and calling, wasn't going to stop.

I know how frustrating it is because I have called, emailed our Mayor and city counsel. It's helped some. Perhaps you should do the same. The more people they here from the better it is.
