hose on corner of 7th st and davis. bushes on davis covers over half the sidewalk. please ask the owners to trim their bushes.

I walked by today (6/16) and the bushes still have not been cut back. The notice on the door has been taken down. Can the city cut these bushes for the owner?

This outstanding complaint is to be closed. A code violation notice was issued and a citation was issued too. The city's contractor was hired to trim the bushes.
