Is the manager of the bank aware of the situation?

It's been three weeks. What action is being taken?

There is a growing number of homeless along Webster Street who are in need. The APD will be clearing out Jean Sweeney Park on July 10th. Where will those people be going? Yesterday, I saw a woman outside the front doors of Walgreens in severe distress. She was on the ground and babbling incoherently. The problem is not going away on its own and the lack of response only intensifies concerns.
