Today at around 6:20 pm, I and many others waited probably over 5 minutes at Tamalpais Avenue going east on 4th street, and the light *never* turned green. The light ahead at Hetherton turned green at least three times while the light at Tamalpais remained red. What's especially strange is that there's no cross traffic except for the train, and that has arms to stop traffic. Either there's a social experiment going on or the timer's off, and please fix it because nobody wants to move and risk getting a ticket for running a red light, it just creates a huge line of backed up traffic on 4th street.
