Yes, this needs to be cleaned! It looks hazardous! Unclean, unsafe and deplorable. Some of the homeowners have to look out at the trash on a daily basis and I do not know how that can withstand the sight as it is. Area needs to be fenced off if unable to keep it from being used as a city dump.

Yes! I reported before on this website that the large amount of remaining trash would be an open invitation for people to do as they please DESPITE FOUR HUGE SIGNS posted by the City of Houston stating NO CAMPING ALLOWED. This area needs to be fenced off!
