Can a barbershop not be open at 11pm?

This place is out of control with customers double parking (with NO blinkers on!) while they get their hair cut. Amazing that the police are never around to give out tickets when needed.

I would think then the best action would be to contact the JCPD non emergency line and file a complaint.

They must be greasing someone’s palm, because not a thing has been done regarding any single complaint made on this site.

RRC/Commerce- What is the status of investigation/enforcement on this issue?

the MTF police officer will be inspecting the after hours establishment and once they inspect the site and find evidence of the violations they will forward their findings to us

This picture is from this past Sunday 12/17/17, there were EIGHT cars double parked in front of Freestyle Barber Shop located on Bright St. at the corner of Monmouth. I tried calling parking enforcement but of course there was no answer on a Sunday. I also called the precinct at 201-547-5477 and asked that they come do something since people couldn't leave due to double parkers, but again...no response from JC. It doesn't seem to matter, because no matter how many times I report this issue nothing gets done. I will continue to take pictures and document the situation but JC Parking could really make some money from all this illegal parking.
