Ivy and shrubs growing onto to Montana St from Fruitvale Ave to Dimond Ave. All the no parking for street sweeping signs are faded and obscured by vegetation. Thisis a traffic hazard. This is also a hazard to the Keep Dimond Clean volunteers who pick trash on this street
