Homeless groups along side the recycle place. It is such a mess. Deranged looking people sleeping, with loose pit bulls and shopping carts full of junk loitering all in that whole area. It is such a mess and eyesore. I can't get photos because there are always so many of them there. This morning on the sidewalk next to the street was a shopping cart full of junk and a huge black couch on top of it! And next to the recycle was more carts full of junk. Horrible for our area. That recycle needs to be shut down. It needs to be far out in an industrial area, not in a commercial area where people are. It just attracts this whole homeless brigade and expands. At U Street near Watt, in Antelope
