Q. Subscribers to Concord's Curbside Collection Program should place their trash and recyclables at the curb by 7 A.M. on their designated pickup day. Trash barrels should not be larger than 34 gallons. You are required to purchase a subscription to the program in addition to affixing a barrel sticker or one-use only tag to each barrel or bag of trash for disposal. Each subscriber is issued two recycle bins - one for paper the other for plastic/glass/metal. Please answer the following questions if your trash or recycling was not collected.
