The people living at this house near the corner of Citrus Avenue and pomegranate Avenue have been building another house next door to theirs for quite some time. They have been Excavating in the ditch and there are piles of dirt in the roadway. Not only is this obstructing traffic but is also dangerous for pedestrians. It has been left like this for nearly a week.
