The Traffic Bureau studied this area on Phoenix Drive for approx. one year. Prohibiting parking between 19 1/2 Mile and the first driveways with a Traffic Control order was for the safety of turning vehicles. There is no data to support further signage at this time. Any parking issues may be addressed by Lt. Lucas @ 446-2886.

This is ridiculous. I am tired of wasting police time calling regarding parking issues on Phoenix Drive. Trucks don't want to make our deliveries, our landscapers charge extra to cut on weekends because they cannot even maintain our lawns during the week, our employees complain nonstop regarding the frequent near misses as they try to enter/exit their workplace.
Best of all - because of the parking on the street we can't even sell our buildings because no one else wants to deal with this!

This matter has been addressed. Parking on the West side of Phoenix has been prohibited. Vehicles can only legally park on the East side of the street as long as they are not parked within 10 feet of the curb cut. If you have any questions, please call me at 586-446-2892. Lieutenant Paul Muskovin
