Thank you for the quick response. The property is at the corner of Bloomfield Ave and Welch - and the sidewalk of concern is on Welch, not Bloomfield.
Is that still something the state should address, not the town?

That might actually be something the Town would need to address. We will have to ask to have someone check on this problem and see just who is responsibility it is to maintain these bushes. Thank you for clarifying where the issue in question is located.
