What does "City of Champaign addressed this issue" mean? The potholes are getting worse each day, including this morning. The nearby water leak seems to be aggravating this issue.

The leak was reported to the water company. They are suppose to work on repairs next week. We can not fix the potholes with the water present. They will be repaired after the leak is fixed.
