Heavy rains on June 4 caused storm drain to back up out of manhole on sidewalk. Since, the dried sewage scum has covered the sidewalk and continues to stink up the vicinity. You would be advised not to walk down the sidewalk as you would be walking on dried raw sewage and then tracking it. I'm not about to walk my dogs through it. It's in front of a vacant home, or I'm sure the resident would have complained a lot sooner. It's in front of the home next door to mine, and I'm forced to use my driveway to put my garbage to the curb if I don't want to walk through it. It's disgusting.
